One of my favorite things to do in the summer is spend time on the water. We had a cabin adventure last month with a bunch of friends out on the lake. One morning we got up and decided to take the Go Pro out on the canoe with us to take some pictures and explore!
Time on the water is the quickest way for me to restore and refresh. Plus canoeing is a great way to be active while having fun. Spend a morning canoeing into the wind and you’re going to feel the burn, thats for sure. The rowing is such an awesome arm and chest work out!
